Avyd provides a prompt studio, ChatGPT app preview, account dashboard, subscription billing, and AI video render workflow.

The ChatGPT app may generate free video briefs, storyboards, and prompts. Full rendering, billing, saved workspaces, and downloads happen on Avyd.

You are responsible for your account, credentials, workspace activity, and all prompts or content submitted through your account.

You may not use Avyd if you are prohibited from using the service by applicable law or if your access has been suspended for misuse.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan limits, render access, seat counts, quality, and feature availability are described on the pricing page.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel through the billing portal where available, and access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Free previews and paid render limits may change as model costs, provider availability, and product packaging evolve.

You keep your rights in prompts, briefs, uploaded materials, and other content you provide to Avyd.

You grant Avyd the rights needed to process that content, generate previews or videos, operate the service, troubleshoot issues, enforce policies, and provide support.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you submit, including names, likenesses, brands, footage, music, and other protected material.

Do not use Avyd to violate law, infringe rights, deceive people, impersonate others, create harmful or abusive content, bypass safety controls, attack the service, or resell access without permission.

Do not submit sensitive personal, confidential, regulated, or third-party proprietary information unless you have permission and accept the risks of using it in an AI video workflow.

Avyd may block prompts, refuse renders, limit accounts, or remove content to protect users, providers, and the service.

AI-generated previews and videos may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or visually imperfect. Review output before publishing or relying on it.

Avyd does not guarantee that generated output will be unique, suitable for every commercial use, free from third-party claims, or accepted by every advertising or platform policy.

Avyd depends on hosting, identity, billing, and AI model providers. The service may be delayed, unavailable, rate limited, or changed without notice.

Avyd may update plans, features, limits, models, safety rules, or these terms as the product changes.

Avyd is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avyd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
