When you use Avyd inside ChatGPT, Avyd receives the inputs needed to run the selected tool, such as product name, audience, goal, tone, and format.

Avyd returns structured preview data to ChatGPT, including a headline, summary, shot list, Veo-ready prompt, pricing URL, and Avyd handoff URL.

The ChatGPT preview is designed to avoid spending render credits. Full rendering, saved workspaces, billing, and account management continue on Avyd.

Provide, maintain, and improve Avyd's prompt studio, ChatGPT preview app, render workflow, dashboard, subscriptions, and support.

Generate video briefs, prepare prompts for AI video models, queue render jobs, check render status, and provide download or review links when available.

Authenticate users, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, debug failures, measure performance, and keep account and billing records accurate.

Send product, transactional, security, billing, and support communications.

Avyd uses third-party providers to operate the service, including identity, billing, hosting, analytics, observability, and AI video generation providers.

These providers process information only as needed to provide services to Avyd, subject to their own terms and privacy obligations.

Avyd may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent abuse, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Avyd keeps information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain billing or security records.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting Avyd. Some records may be retained where required for legal, billing, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Generated prompts and video workflow data may remain associated with your account unless deleted or required for operational records.

Avyd uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authentication controls, encrypted transport, managed payment processing, and operational logging.

No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Please use a strong password and avoid submitting sensitive personal, confidential, or regulated information in video prompts unless you have permission to do so.
